Access roster

The people an organisation admits at all — names and email addresses, uploaded in bulk. Separate from seats: a seat says what somebody may do once inside, the roster says whether they may be inside. While enforced, an address that is not on this list is never sent a sign-in code and cannot reach the organisation.
