Redomiciliation
Deliberately friction-ful. Use only when a tenant must legally move jurisdictions. Requires a period close, a financial snapshot under the old config, and a new effective-dated jurisdiction_rules binding. Heavily audited.
Not yet implemented.The backend for redomiciliation does not exist: there is no snapshot store, no period-close record, and no effective-dated jurisdiction binding — a tenant's jurisdiction is a locked column. This wizard documents the intended flow and cannot be submitted. Do not attest to a period close here; nothing records it.
When built: a redomiciliation creates a new jurisdiction_rules binding effective from the chosen date. Historical data is preserved as-is under the old binding for audit.
